2025 Edition
Pantani Week 2025 represents a unique immersion in the memory and spirit of Marco Pantani.
It celebrates his deep connection with Cesenatico, the town where “the Pirate” grew up and began his journey towards legend.
For one week, cycling fans and enthusiasts will have the opportunity to retrace the same training roads of Pantani, facing challenges that evoke the epic feats that marked his career.
Among the most intense experiences, participants will have the opportunity to try climbing Mount Carpegna, known as ‘the Pirate's Ascent to Heaven’.
The week also includes a visit to the Pantani Museum, which displays personal memorabilia and documents related to the champion's career and offers a touching account of his life and achievements.
This trip down memory lane culminates on September 13th with the Pantani Memorial, a road race dedicated to professional cyclists. The race will once again take place on the streets of Cesenatico and will follow a challenging route passing through historic passages.
The finish will be in Piazza Marconi, right in front of the monument commemorating the champion.
In addition to the sporting aspect, Pantani Week aims to create an engaging experience for every fan, evoking the energy and charisma that Pantani knew how to instill in anyone who followed him in his exploits.
